Payments are non-refundable once staff are onboarded, training begins, or services are initiated.

Limitation of Liability

  • Losses due to employee non-performance beyond reasonable control

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party platforms/tools

  • Client-side mismanagement of staff or assigned tasks

Our liability is limited to service fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
